Ingredients:
2 Large Acorn Squash
1 Pound of Ground Turkey
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
1/2 Cup of chopped Mushrooms
3/4 Cup of Brown Rice
1/4 Cup of Chopped Walnuts
Fresh Parsley
Garlic
Raw Honey
Preparation:
In a skillet, saute the ground Turkey, Garlic and Mushrooms.
Add in the Parsley and Walnuts
Cut the Acorn Squash in half. Scoop out the seeds.
Fill the Acorn Squash with the Turkey mixture.
Drizzle the Honey over each Squash
Cover with Aluminum Foil
Bake until Squash is soft.
